Cancellation Policy
Majestic Wellness Retreat Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and plans may change. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our services, please review our cancellation policy:
All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled retreat or appointment to avoid additional charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the retreat will result in a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance (subject to availability).
